The balance for all of your dental treatment is your responsibility. Dental insurance is a benefit that can help you pay for your dental treatment. As a courtesy to you we will submit your dental claim to your insurance company. Ways we can help:

	We are an Anthem/Blue Cross PPO 300 & Flex Dental as well as Delta Dental (Premier) participating office.

	ELECTRONIC PROCESSING
	We have the capability to electronically process your claims which is much faster than traditional methods.

	PREDETERMINATION OF BENEFITS
	We will help you determine the coverage your dental insurance carrier provides BEFORE treatment begins. No one likes surprises as to who is responsible for what. We understand!

	GUESS WHAT?
	We gladly accept insurance reimbursement from dental insurance carriers as part of your total payment for any dental treatment rendered! Check with your insurance carrier.
